Greyhound Gap
When he arrived even I could see his teeth were bad (and I do mean bad); covered in tartar, decayed, and his breath was worse than the usual doggy breath (which can be bad enough sometimes). All of this was confirmed when he had his check up at the vet. However, what with holidays and various other (albeit minor) injuries to both Jack and Kai, it's taken until now to get him in to the vet for a descale and polish.
I was very surprised that he kept all of his back teeth as they looked really bad, but he has lost the four small teeth at the front of his bottom jaw - hence Greyhound Gap.
Last night he was a bit out of it, but amazingly insisted on coming out for a walk. Instead of charging round like a mad thing with the other two, he was on the lead all the way, and to be honest I think it did him good to gently excercise and take his mind off the after effects of his op. He did get an "Ahhh" from some teenage girls 'coz his leg still had a dressing on. And he charmed the receptionist at the vets. I am going to have to take lessons from the Beasts on this 'coz they are all dead good at charming women.
This morning it's back to normal. Currently lazing in the garden soaking up a bit of sun.
And this is the Greyhound Gap.
