Jack - The Morning After

Well, unless you knew he had a hole in his side, you wouldn't know there's anything wrong with him. This morning he's been going mad with toys, as he usually does; eaten a full breakfast, and some of Troys, and is now doing what all Greyhounds do after a charge around the garden and some food - sleeping.
His wound is nowhere near as red as it was last night, and looks like it is already starting to heal nicely. So with any luck, next Wednesday at the vet will be stitches out and the all clear.

You have some awesome photos in here. I love the black greyhound pics...especially the one with his mouth hanging open. Looks like s/he's smiling. I hope Jack is OK. I'm an animal lover too (as I sit here typing at 5:40am with my three rescued feral cats keeping me company). I'm glad these dogs found a good home.
