Sad Days at Swallows Dance

Dad has booked us to go on our hols at Swallows Dance in Wales this year, and we are all looking forward to it; it sounds really nice. One of the dogs there, Waljan, is another dog with a blog. So we like to keep up with what's going on and take a look every now and then.

Sad to say that Hestia passed away earlier this month after being poorly; and she was only two. We never met Hestia, and now we never will, but I know what it's like to loose young friends, and it's not nice.

So from me and all the other Beastly Beasts, our condolences to Waljan and his pack.

Thanks for all your kind thoughts to everyone on the Beast blog.
We dogs do miss Hestia, but not as much as the humans they've gone through a box of tissues at least! I tried to liven them up with my escapades with the new toy and my bed photos (on the blog), but they were not impressed with all the small bits of plastic they had to pick up off the floor! Oh well, I tried! In fact Mummy says I'm very trying!
Apparently Mummy can't be without two whippets (she's always had two or more) though why ever not when she's got the gorgeous me I don't know! Anyway, I think sooner rather than later we may hear the patter of tiny paws. That'll liven things up a bit here!
Must shoot off as it's just after three and time for the dogrun.
