BeastBreak 2006 - Day 5
Thing was it did mean we were very late to bed, and so very late up this morning; still, we are on our holibobs. But as dad promised, we did get to the beach today.
The other day was my first time on a beach, and I liked it, so I was really looking forward to going to one today. Aunty Carol had told mum and dad about a very nice beach where not many people go, so we thought we might be able to have a good run around.

Me on the Beach
When we got there there were only three humans there, and they had gone out into the big pond (Kai told me it's called the sea), so we went to join them, with Troy leading the way; I think they were a bit surprised to have five beasts swimming with them.

Planning our next game
Apart from that we had the whole beach to ourselves and we played some really good chasing games. Until, that was, a herd of horses turned up. They spent ages running up and down the beach were the sea meets the sand. I guess I can see the fun once or twice, but they did it loads of times. Mind you, if you're going to let a human sit on your back maybe doing things is fun. We did a bit of exploring on the rocks while the were there, but after they went we went back to out chasing games.

Me chasing Kai
Kai said beaches were good, and he is dead right. I would like to go to one every day, but I don't think we can when we are at home. 'Spose I'd better make the most of while we're here.
Got to go - tea's ready. Speak soon.

Jasper here. Delighted to know you're having a ball. We missed you on the Beacon on Sunday but realise now you were out enjoying yourselves. Enjoy the rest of the 'Beast Break' - sounds like an American student frat party :-D
Well beastly beasts, This is zara I met you on the multi walk yesterday. And cannot believe there are no pictures of me as i am the prettiest bitch around by far. In fact the mad woman where i go dog training, with andy my dad, once said " that dog thinks she's too special" she's right and no i would't get that dirty ball! My two consorts callie and hugo are of course extreamly handsome merle lurchers, as befitting a real princess. And then there's the mistake Magic the welsh german shephard who thinks she's a jack rostle i.e. disapearing completely into bushes if she thinks there.s a rabbit in there. My god i wish my daft human could learn how to work his PC cos I'd love a blog of my own regal paw wave from ZARA
Hi Jasper,
How you doing? We had our hols booked for ages, so we couldn't make the Beacon, which is a shame 'coz it's one of our favourites.
We'll be at the next WL walk though, so maybe see you there.
Monty
Zara,
Dad got a pic of you with your dad at Waj's house, and I've put it on my post.
And if you want a blog, why not ask Waj if you can share his?
Just and idea.
Anyways, it was great to meet you and your consorts, and look forward to when we can meet up again.
Cheers,
Monty
