Police Leave a Greyound to Die

Unbelievable, but true. The brindle greyhound had been picked up as a stray and taken to Dalkeith police station in Midlothian on January 2; it's remains were discovered ten days later when someone complained of the smell.

Just how can that be?!!!

The news article says there "may be disiplinary action"; "may" should be "will".
