Coombe Abbey Walk

Today we all went for a walk at de Coombe Abbey whit a load of hounds we'd not had de opportunity to meet yet. Another grand day, and a new Beast in de shape of Dick. And we met up whit someone dat mum works with who wanted to meet us - Simon and his family.
When we got dere we soon found everyone including Simon. We had a little chat loike, and I got introduced to dere foine lassy, Mia. Ahhh, still got the old charm - she wanted to walk whit me.

Now we've been out on some foine long walks dis weekend, and today it was grand to have a gentle walk, and a noice one it was too. We walked by de lake, den tru de woods, where Maple and me had a bit of run, den tru some very foine gardens.

In de woods dere was one tree in de shape of a big bird - how did dey get it to grow loike dat?

On de way we stooped for bit, and dad went handin' out more leaflets for our do a Salcey Forest, and whoile he was doin dat he came across Fergal who he fell in de love whit.

We had a noice time, and I tink dad Simon and Mia and her mum had a chance to get to know hounds like us dat little bit better, and it'd be great to be seein' dem again sometoime, so it would.
And Dick got himself a noticed too - two ladies he was gorgeous.
After everyting dats happened dis weekend we're all a bit tired. We've had our tea, so now are goin to be havin' a well earned sooze.
