Busted BloodBuster
Dad spoke to a lady from PBBuk on the telling bone today who said my ALT was high again. She said it might just be me and that the number - about 200 - wasn't serious, particularly if I wasn't showing any other symptoms - which I'm not.
But the really bad news is I've been busted from donating blood ever again. Apparently they can't take blood like mine even if it is normal for me. While of course I kind of understand that they only want the best blood, I'm disappointed that I won't be able help any more.

You've done your bit Monty, so take a back seat and let the others do their bit for PBB while you concentrate on looking after yourself!!
See you at the July WL walk I hope

No worries re: the verification box!
You should be proud you've helped out so much as it is. My two are off on their first trip to give blood next month, so you see, we're sort of taking your spot...
I used to live in Daventry, but am now in Australia with my two pooches, and just thought I' stop by and say hi :)
Pawing it forward from Melbourne, Australia - come give us a bark on our blog! We love new doggy friends!
Hi Guys,
Thanks for your comments and being so nice.
Great to see old and new friends, 'specially ones from Australia (you'd better leave comment for Lucy some time as she's half an Aussie) posting comments.
Best of luck to you guys giving blood; it's pretty OK and you get nice treats. I'm going to have to try and blag some now I guess :)

Great blog by the way; love the beach pic.
We're off to the seaside in a couple of months - can't wait.
Hope your raised ALT levels are just a temporary blip Monty and that they're soon back down to normal levels again.
I'm sure you'll have no trouble blagging treats even if you're not donating anymore.
