Grant of License

The Beastly Beasts grant you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to provide one or more hyperlinks ("the link") from your website to the website by means of text or use of a Beastly Beasts Link Logo ("the logo") subject to the terms and conditions of this agreeement.

Use of the Name "The Beastly Beasts", the Link, and the Logo

You may not use the name "The Beastly Beasts", the link, or the logo in any way that in Our sole judgment and discretion may diminish or damage the goodwill in or reputation of Our name, products, or services.

You may not use the name "The Beastly Beasts", the link, or the logo in any way that implies Our sponsorship or endorsement of your products, services, or website, unless this has been expressly given in in writing by Us.

You may not display the name "The Beastly Beasts", the link, or the logo more prominently than your company, product, service, website name, or logo.

You may only use the logo licensed by this agreement. No other logo, whether obtained from the website or any other source, may be used.

You may not alter the appearance of the logo.

The logo must stand by itself and must include a minimum amount of 30 pixels of "white space" around it so as to avoid associations with any other objects.

You may not use the logo as a feature or design element of any other logo.

We reserve the right to review your use of the name "The Beastly Beasts", the link, or the logo, and you agree to provide Us unrestricted access to your website to review your use of the name "The Beastly Beasts", the link, or the logo.

We may at any time, and at Our sole discretion, require you to modify or discontinue your use of the name "The Beastly Beasts", the link, or the logo.

Modification or Termination of Service

We may modify or discontinue the website or the logo at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party as a result of such modification or discontinuation.

Disclaimer

We, Our employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damages or expenses of any kind including without limitation compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property or claims by third parties howsoever arising in connection with your use of the name "The Beastly Beasts", the link, or the logo.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Beastly Beasts, Our employees and agents for any loss or damage (including legal fees) caused to Us arising in connection with of your use of the name "The Beastly Beasts", the link, or the logo.

General

If any part or parts of this agreement are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, then that part or those parts will be enforced to the greatest extent possible and the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.

Any use of the the name "The Beastly Beasts", the link, or the logo in violation of these terms and conditions constitutes infringement of Our rights and may result in legal action against you. Failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive Our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

This Agreement gives you no rights to any intellectual property, products or services of The Beastly Beasts.

Governing Law

This agreement is subject to English law. We and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts for the determination of all disputes relating to this agreement.
