Blue Cross have a vision that every pet will one day enjoy a healthy life in a happy home. One of the ways in which they aim to achieve this is by educating future pet owners through free talks for schools and youth groups.

The Blue Cross Education Team teaches young people about pet welfare, staying safe around dogs, and responsible pet ownership from an early age to encourage behaviour change across a generation. In reaching as many children and teenagers as possible, they can improve the lives of both future pets and their owners.

The Beastly Beasts have been Blue Cross Education dogs since 2008.

Pet Blood Bank UK provides a canine blood bank service for all veterinary practitioners across the UK, giving them quick and convenient access to blood.

Similar to the human blood service, dog owners kindly bring along their much loved canine companions to give blood at one of their many sessions across the country.

Every unit of blood helps save up to four lives.

The Beastly Beasts have been blood donors since PBBuk was launched in 2007.

What Pets As Therapy do is beautiful in its simplicity; volunteers share their pets with people in need.

Volunteers visit residential homes, hospitals, hospices, schools, day care centres and prisons to bring joy, comfort and companionship to thousands of people of all ages who appreciate being able to touch and stroke a friendly animal.

The Beastly Beasts have been Pets As Therapy dogs since 2008, visiting people at St Andrew's Healthcare.

St Andrew’s Healthcare provides specialist mental healthcare for people with challenging mental health needs.

They care for some of the most clinically complex patients in the mental health system; people who could not, in many cases, be treated elsewhere. Many of their patients have been in the criminal justice system and are some of the most vulnerable people being treated anywhere in the health service.

The Beastly Beasts have been visiting people at St Andrew's since 2008 as Pets As Therapy dogs.
